When your information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, I will take reasonable steps to destroy or delete your personal information. However, most of the personal information is or will be stored in client files for which I will keep for minimum of 7 years. Hard copies will be stored in locked cupboard.

TERMS & CONDiTIONS
- A %50 deposit is required when date is booked to secure booking. A refund minus $100 fee will be given if cancellation within one month prior to wedding is given.
- The final amount to be paid in full two week prior to the wedding date, failure to do this could result in cancellation of services.
- Extra costs may be involved if wedding location is changed from original booking plan.
- Vows can be changed up to the day prior to wedding, if you decide to make changes, no extra fee
